What is permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattooing technique that enhances the appearance of your brows by placing pigment into the skin. It can help create more balanced and defined brows while making your daily routine easier.
What brow services do you offer?
I offer Nano Hairstroke Brows, Powder Brows, and Combo Brows. Each technique creates a different finish.
Do I need a consultation before booking?
A consultation is available if you’re unsure about your brow service or would like to discuss your options before booking. If you decide to move forward, the $60 consultation fee is applied to the brow service you choose. If you already know which service you want and are ready to book, a separate consultation may not be necessary.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A deposit is required for all services and is collected at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
How long does a brow appointment take?
Appointments can take up to approximately 4 hours. This includes time for brow mapping, choosing the color, preparing the skin, and completing the procedure.
Does permanent makeup hurt?
Everyone experiences the procedure differently. A topical numbing product is used to help make the appointment as comfortable as possible.
What happens after my brow appointment?
Your brows will go through a healing process. They may appear darker immediately after the appointment and will gradually soften as they heal. You’ll receive aftercare instructions to help your brows heal properly.
When do I need a touch-up?
A touch-up is scheduled 6 weeks after your initial appointment. This allows your brows enough time to heal and the pigment to settle before any necessary adjustments are made.
How long do permanent makeup brows last?
Results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, skincare routine, and other factors. Brows gradually fade over time and may need a refresh to maintain the desired appearance.
Can I get my brows done if I have previous permanent makeup?
Possibly. Every case is different, so I’ll need to see your brows first. Please send photos of your current brows so I can evaluate them before your appointment.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean skin around your brows and avoid using irritating skincare products around the brow area before your appointment. You’ll receive specific preparation instructions before your appointment.
Who should not get permanent makeup?
Permanent makeup may not be suitable if you are pregnant or nursing, have skin conditions around the brow area like eczema or active breakouts, tend to keloid scar, or take medications that thin your blood. If you take blood thinners or any other prescription medication, check with your doctor first. Please don't stop any medication on your own. If you're unsure, just message me before booking.
